Chorus Camp
The North Carolina Summer Institute in Choral Art:
Each year, about 15 of the Lexington Choral Program students attend the North Carolina Summer Institute in Choral Art. This camp takes place at Warren Wilson College, in the North Carolina mountains. Having over 50 years of history, this camp offers young singers between the ages of 8 and 20 the opportunity to study under world-renowned conductors. In addition to recreational camp activities, NCSICA also offers classes in dance and musicianship. Occasionally, partial scholarships are offered to Lexington choral program students.
